Welcome to Shapin’ Up, our health and fitness camp for kids who have completed 1 – 6 grade.  We will be focusing on healthy habits and attitudes for kids regarding their bodies, food, and exercise. Kids will learn to be aware of how they spend their free time and what they are putting into their bodies. They will be given challenges to help focus on healthy habits. They will also learn simple, healthy exercises and stretches they can do daily.
 
We will begin each class with physical fitness training followed by a Bible study relating to a healthy lifestyle. We will provide a snack at the end of the session.


Reminders for Parents
• Each child must be registered.
• Dress your child appropriately for the fitness activities.
